Ram hand to hand couriers are ***********

Ram is the worst courier service i have ever delt with. Their staff is ***********, their call centre is *********** and the do not know how to operate their own system or know what their own rules are and their couriers are ***********!!.

We have been waiting since friday (8th March) for our package which was primised to us, it is now Tuesday (12th March) and the package still isnt delivered. Everytime we call in there is an excuse after excuse. These people are *********** and use any other transport service instead of this!

p.s. DHL is so much better! and their staff actually knows what they are doing!
