Ram hand to hand couriers are a disgrace

I ordered a data Sim card from Supersonic, they sent it via Ram Couriers. Someone from Ram called me last week to inform me that I must meet them in Pinetown as they won't come to my area because it's High risk area. I gave them my work address which is in uMlazi at Philani Valley Mall. Today they send me an sms at 8:16to say my parcel is out for delivery and they had the correct address. At about 10 a lady from Ram phones me to ask me if I'm meeting the driver to collect my parcel I told her the driver must come to deliver at my work place, she confirmed the address and phoned me again to tell me the driver will come. I waited till after 5Pm the lady at the call centre told me the parcel is listed as non delivery because I was not available, but the driver didn't come. She tried to call him and she couldn't get hold of him. Ram is a disgrace. They need to tell their clients which areas they don't deliver to they must not accept parcels when they know that they don't go to the places the parcels are addressed to. Last month I had a parcel from China delivered by FedEx to my door with no issues.
