Ram hand to hand couriers are a disappointment.

My experience with ram is the worst this is the email I sent to them after trying to many times to contact them . Dear RAM Customer Service Team,

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the delivery service regarding my parcel.

I have been waiting for my parcel for an extended period. I spoke to the driver, who informed me that delivery would be made the following day as I was not at the office. No further communication was provided. I arranged to be available the next day, only to learn that the parcel would not be delivered and was instead rescheduled for Monday.

Today is Monday and I am still waiting. I have not received any communication or updates regarding the delivery. As I will not be at the office for the remainder of this week, I am concerned that the parcel will again not be delivered.

This lack of communication and repeated failed delivery attempts is unacceptable. Please treat this matter with urgency and respond My tracking/reference number is -and my contact number is - I look forward to your prompt resolution. I even cc d the management and guess what no response no communication from them .👎
