Ram Hand to Hand Couriers and Vodacom Upgrades

Hmmm, What can I say...

Ram-hand-to-hand with Vodacom Upgrades has got to be the worst combination ever. Ram is the absolute worst company in it's field. A complete failure.

They fail to "courier hand to hand" big time - I'm confused why that's even part of their name.

Their online tracking system is a complete an utter wait of I.T s****s.

Let me break it down. I was expecting an upgrade from Vodacom. They told me Ram was handling the delivery. I didn't know that I would have to call this so called Courier company a million times, give them the same address and contact details a million times and do multiple conference calls between them and Vodacom Upgrades to whom Ram made countless promises to get the phone to me ASAP, only for them to end up taking the phone back to Vodacom without even attempting to deliver it to me.

The online tracking system told me the phone was on its way - for several days my phone was on it's way and when I called to enquire about the status of the delivery I was told by one of the most useless consultants, the Tracking System was not working and shouldn't be trusted. I'll tell you what's not working and shouldn't be trusted - A crusty business like Ram with a failing business model.

Thanks to Ram, I officially HATE Vodacom. I'm ready to look at other options.

If anyone knows a Service Provider which DOES NOT use Ram, please let me know.
