RAM hand to Hand Couriers and Vodacom unprofessional

a package was meant to be delivered by vodacom to me. They confirm all my details i then let them know please change my address for delivery as i will be at work which is 10 min from my home location they apparently change it. i track package and it says for today, i am informed by RAM staff that the deliverey guys will call me before hand so 15-20 to find out my location they did not they called when there were outside my home location which i had CHANGED to my knowledge i ask them if they cant deliver to my work there answer very rudley NO not there area you cannot call them back and teh call centre is damn unprofessional systems offline giving me false info NOW i have to wait till monday to get my package at my flipen HOME ADDRESS such an inconvenivnce because you dont know when they will arive and i cant get hold of vodacom lines just rings put me on hold worst start to my weekend. Thanx RAM and Vodacom

Please note the sender does not allow Ram to change the delivery address if indeed you would like to change your address please contact the sender to advise on the new address and they will in turn authorize Ram to deliver to the new address.
