Ram hand to hand Couriers and Vodacom!

I've been expecting delivery since last week Wednesday. All of a sudden Ram doesn't deliver in mabopane because it is a dangerous area. I contacted them from Thursday till today and the only thing they tell me is, they will deliver the following day. Now they have returned my parcel to vodacom. No communication, nothing!

Vodacom is also not taking it's loyal customers seriously.

At this point. I'm am fed up with this delivery company. Worst service provided so far!!
