Ram hand to hand couriers and Vodacom

It should actually be no stars at all. I did a upgrade with Vodacom online at Thursday 14 November 2024. They said it will take 3-5 working days. Ram hand to couriers is doing there deliveries. On Tuesday 19 November 2024 09:03, I got a sms from ram hand to hand couriers that reads ".....you parcel is out for delivery today..." Nobody came or contacted me to say they would not deliver that day. On Wednesday 20 November 2024 at 09:18 , I received the same sms from them and again they did not deliver or communicate any thing with me. I have contacted Vodacom to inform them that this was not the first time that ram did this, it happened on one of my previous upgrades with them as well. He said that his superior will contact me today 21/11/24, but he did not. So it look like Vodacom don't really care how there customers get treated by the courier service they those to use. Ram expected the client to be at the given delivery point when they come there, but the can stretch it out over three day. They have delivered the parcel today 21/11/24 at 14:00, but I told them to take it back to Vodacom, the deal is off. And all my contracts with Vodacom will be ended on there due date.
