RAM HAND TO HAND COURIERS AND FNB DEVICES----HOPELESS!!!
FNB SERIOUSLY needs to get another delivery company to take care of their business as RAM hand to hand can NEVER keep a delivery date or fulfill on promises as hard as you may try!!!
As the client you get called and sent SMS's that your device will be delivered on the 26th by close of business and then on the 30th to be told OH no it will be delivered on the 2nd!!
Now after the client has made provisions to be home to collect device and lost 3 days of their time going on delivery date you are expected to just sing to their tune!!!
Hopelessly inadequate and hopelessly poor on service delivery!!!!
FNB.......PLEASE TAKE NOTE!!! RAM making you look very poor!!!

30 Apr 2019, 10:14My ref number is FNB656001 and please ensure this is delivered TODAY even if it means after hours!! As mentioned I was called on the 25th and advised that my device will be delivered on the 26 and also recieved an SMS confirming delivery will be on or before 26th at 17h00LT To date STILL no delivery!! Please ensure this is delivered TODAY!!!
