Ram hand to hand couriers accident in Bloemfontein

On the 4th of November 2020 in Bloemfontein Church street a driver of ram hand to hand couriers hit my vehicle from the rear after he was speeding at 110km/h at a 70km zone he hit me while I was driving on the slow lane . The speed information was retrieved from their call center by manager who came to the scene. An accident report was done as police came to the scene. I contacted the company who forwarded my details to their insurance company which is Bryte insurances they made me fill in claim forms and forwarded them quotations as per their request and later said they deny liability because their client is denying everything n says i was at fault. Yet he was on high speed on a slow lane and bumped my vehicle on the rear. The witness I had were my passengers. After forwarding their statement I was told that they cannot take it as it might be bias and that was the end of their communication with me.
