RAM HAND TO HAND COURIERS..., A SUBSIDIARY OF THE SOUTH AFRICAN GOVERNMENT... PAATHETIC SERVIC3

Clearly the worst courier in the company. I've been waiting for my package since 14 Feb 2023, 6 days later and I am promised delivery to my work address before 16.00. On calling them, I'm told that they are stuck at a business further away from me, a destination that they had to pass me to get to. There call centre is of absolutely no assistance, they tell you what's on the tracking page, which you can see. They even refused to take another contact number because my battery was low due to the loadshedding or to drop off the parcel at another address where I would be with proof of identity. I called them on Saturday and had to wait for over 19 mins just told that they do not decide,iver on weekends. Absolutely *******, from viewing the previous reviews, RAM is totally nonchalant and does not even respond to any of the reviews or comments. Is RAM run y Government, well it seems like the same kind of service you get at a Municiplaity.
