Ram Hand To Hand Couriers

it's about 2 weeks that I am waiting for a delivery from ram. on the 13/01/2021 ram came out to delivery my package ;however, the couriers did not want to hand over my package because my bank statement did not have my full name it only showed my initials and surname . so, the courier said he will come back on the 14/1/2020 the next day . i went to the bank and got a letter from the bank with my full name how that was not good enough, when the couriers came out to me on the 14/1/2020 they did not give my package because my letter did not have a stamp on it , so i was advised by the courier guy that someone from ram will contact ,me yet no one did , so i contacted them from the 18/1/2020 i am still waiting for my package to be delivered .every time i contact ram they keep saying my package is out for delivery , yet the van has been coming to my address for the past 2 days yet no delivery has been made
