RAM HAND TO HAND COURIERS

I bought two Colognes from Woolworths that were said to be delivered by today the 24th of November i was smsed by their courier company RAM that I would get my parcel on the 20th of November which I found great as it was sooner than expected, only to be told my parcel had been getting delivered to the wrong address. now not only is this not my fault that this issue emerged but i am now being inconvenienced. i needed the parcel today 24th Nov as it was meant to be a gift the RAM TOOK the parcel to wrong address twice and doesn't even think to maybe call the number attached to the delivery address to confirm if it is the right one or not!!!!! because they failed to find the place the first time. A Lady from Woolworths called me on the 23rd of Nov to tell me the issue has been resolved and my parcel would be getting delivered as per the scheduled date 24th November so I called to do a follow Up with RAM only to be told the address has not been amended and they can amend it while i am on the call! only now! it has been amended and i am told i can only receive the parcel on the 27th of November which defeats the entire purpose why i made the purchase in the first place...i have never Recieved such Terrible service i mean how can a driver take a parcel to the same wrong address twice and not think to call the recipient to confirm after all there is only one Rosebank in johannesburg how does my parcel end up in Kempton park twice with out looking at the notes created "wrong Address" and not think to double check before attempting the delivery again!!!! VERY UPSET AT THE LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE AND INADEQUACY
