Ram Hand To Hand Couriers

My packages was handed to the courier on the Thursday after noon at 1pm in Cape Town, I waited and canceled all my appointment on the Friday so that i can get the package but no one showed up so i phoned customer service, Saturday no one arrived, today is Monday and i phoned again and two stories has been given to me 1.) the package is on its way to me but they will ask the driver to call me, I phoned the afternoon again as i haven't heard anything back yet and then i was told an error have been made and the package is still in Cape Town, this is third time i used Ram service and this will be the last as every time there has been an issue of note, it seems no matter how much they advertise themselves as thee courier company it ends up and disastrous because they cant keep to the delivery time or doesn't get back to the customer
