Ram hand to hand courier worst service provider ever !!!
I ordered from Edgars online on Friday the 29th and till today I have not received my parcel, when I called on Wednesday I was assured my package is out for delivery, no mention of my address being incorrect. I called later in the day after tracking my parcel and was told my address is incorrect. Provided my work address and now when I track my parcel It just says waiting for seller to confirm. I really wish there was a way to rate this company -5 stars because this is my second experience with them. I don't even understand why Edgars still does business with them. I am extremely disappointed.

02 Dec 2022, 17:19This was supposed to be communicated to me when I called in, what I don't understand about your company is that you have my contact details but at no point is contact made with me to give update. How long do I need to wait still until my package is delivered?????
