RAM Hand to hand courier - UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN Cape Town - Unavailable - Home - Contact Not Available.

I am struggling to get my parcel from RAM hand to hand courier services. I supposed to get my parcel on 17-07-2010 and I was at home full day and looking at my phone continuously for the call and I didn't received any call from the driver.

But I get a call from headoffice about the delivery and I told them I didn't receive the call yet and I am still waiting for the delivery. After 5pm the RAM tracking says UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN Cape Town - Unavailable - Home - Contact Not Available. I didn't received any call from the driver and How the hell I didn't at my home. I am at home all the time.

I have called RAM customer service several times in the day and they promised they will be deliver the parcel on 18-07-2020 but the same story happened. I even went to RAM couriers office-Bellville . People at the office also promised that the parcel is on road , Driver will phone me between 4.30 pm to 5.30 pm.

Same story, I didn't get call or even voice mail from the driver about delivery but the RAM tracking updates to UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN Cape Town - Unavailable - Home - Contact Not Available.

I have received sms from FNB says I am liable for failed delivery, How the hell I can be responsible for failed delivery as RAM courier didn't do their work.

This is absolutely pathetic service from RAM hand to hand courier service. These guys wont even give drivers phone number to call and customer center is truly worthless and putting people on hold for more than 10 minutes for just to say driver will you when he is about to reach your address.
