Ram hand to hand courier poor customer service

I have never ever see a courier company with an *********** and unprofessional selfish staff like Ram ,the driver called me for the delivery and he told me that he can't come to my address because it's far and he has some other things to do besides my delivery so I should expect my delivery the next day of which that's an inconvenience to me and I'm running a business I needed my speed point that they are holding .....how I get this situation solved *** that's my number
