RAM hand to hand courier failed multiple delivery attempts

bad service. drivers put in wrong information on their system when they return to their depot. One of the notes on their system reads "client did not keep appointment " seriously!!!! waited for a delivery and specifically asked to please call me an hour before delivery so I can make sure someone is home to receive the parcel and for two days drivers kept on showing up at my gate and than call me. I was expediting my wife's Christmas gift and now - gift is been returned to sender despite of making SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS once again and they just went and did their own thing. very bad. very very bad. RAM will be the reason I cancel my vodacom contacts
