Ram Hand To Hand courier

I Purchased a 5g Router on Rain on the 25th of April 2020 and was scheduled to be delivered to my house on the 29th.

Unfortunately I was at work so I had to change the address so that it can be delivered to my workplace the following day which was supposed to be on the 30th ( that's what I was told when I called Rams ).

I called again on the 30th only to be told that my parcel would be delivered on the 4th of May because it takes 24 to 48 hours to change the address.

Today is the 4th . I called Rams and I was told that the address have not been changed on their system.

I'm really getting tired of this inconvenience thos company is causing.

I'd personally would not recommend this courier service to anyone.
