RAM Hand to Hand Courier Bad Customer service

So on Friday the 12/03/2021 RAM Couriers sent me a message telling me that my parcel was out for delivery. Later in the day they called me but I was still at work and the driver told me that they'll come Monday.

When I was at home after 5pm, I missed their call. So I took it that okay, I will get my parcel on Monday then.

Monday the 15/93/2021. Again, I get an email and sms saying that the parcel is out for delivery. Cool, I stay put whole day at home. 14h00 I call them to find out what time the driver will be dropping the parcel. I get told that within an hour, which should be 15h00. So, the stated delivery times comes and goes. 16h30 I call again and I get put on hold. And the consultant comes back to me and says that they can't get hold of the driver. But assures me that the parcel will be delivered the same day on Monday. It's 18h00 as I'm writing this review and no parcel has arrived. No phone call to inform as to why they cannot deliver... Nothing.

I find this highly unprofessional and it is unacceptable.

This is the worst service I've received from a courier company.
