RAM Hand to hand courier absurd service(****s)

RAM picked up my order on the 16th of April 2025, I understand there were holidays in between but for the past 2 days 22 & 23 April 2025 they have been writing lies that they couldn't get access to my estate which is a lie because I have twice created gate codes for them and there were no calls received from my estate securities to alert us of any courier. The shop I bought the items from did their job by handing over to RAM on time, but now RAM are playing hide & seek again with my parcel which I urgently need it delivered.
