Worst courier service I’ve ever experienced and we use multiple companies on a regular basis. Inefficient, unreliable, almost seems like management trains staff to lie professionally instead of equipping them with customer & service delivery. Valuable parcel delayed due to their customer incompetence. We waited the entire day for this “express” “urgent” delivery. Called through their call centre approximately 8 times throughout the day and kept getting the same response that the vehicle is on route and delivery will definitely happen. At 5:50pm , called through again and again was assured the vehicle is on route to me. Waited until 9pm and no delivery. Today is all excuses and apologies but still can’t confirm exact reasons for non delivery and the lies spoken throughout yesterday. Never again will I opt to use Ram. In my opinion, this company is too huge and lost control of customer service and their delivery obligations. Many other opposition companies equivalent or larger is way more efficient and cheaper.
