Ram Hand to Hand bad service for delivery
Very bad service, they changed my number and then could not get hold of me, as they have the address, do not stop at the address, keep on phoning the wrong phone number, delaying my delivery, very bad, as I phoned twice I had to hold so long for assistance. I would not recommend them at all...

Thank you for your response, my problem is that I phoned yesterday morning to notify your office that if it is not delivered in the morning, it must go to my work. It was noted and today they still send it to my home, and with the wrong cell number, I phoned again this afternoon at 14h00 and by 16h00 again, only then your office notify my that it was sent to my house. I have had to hang on my phone so long for your mistakes today. The service level is really not up to standards.
