Ram Hand to Couriers

Today I received a message that my parcel is out for delivery not knowing before today but take note the delivery can take will take place between 8-Am to 5Pm.

So around 3:07pm I receive a call from the courier person representing RAM couriers that he is at the location to deliver the parcel , I then told him let me arrange with someone to come collect and sign for the parcel.

Not even 2 minutes he phones me back to say he is going to leave then i said to him that you cant expect a person that you notified to deliver a parcel on the day after he already reported to work that you needed to stay at home between 9am to 5pm to accept a delivery.

He then rep**** to say that I am speaking to the wrong courier guys and he is not going to wait whilst I am busy arranging for someone to come out.

Shocking service and if i advise any business out there not to use RAM couriers as they are not customer focused in anyway and thinking they doing you a favor. The courier person will destroy any after service of any business and having a attitude as if you should accept his behavior or follow the consequence. I would rather go with out especially that you cannot wait for a person that need find their way out a complex to come receive the parcel.

I dont need the parcel and will cancel my order with the business that used RAM couriers unless they find a better service provider that can actually deliver a service.

Why not using courier Guy ??????
