Ram False Tracking Reports!!
I am so disapointed in the customer service I received from this courier company, the level of dishonesty is just so unprofessional, I was due to receive a parcel yesterday at work and kept very close monitoring to their online parcel tracking. Imagine my surprise when i check the tracker (still seated at my desk) at 4h40pm yesterday and it reads \No Delivery Attempt - CLIENT NOT AVALIBLE AT GIVEN ADDRESS "this was updated at 4h30pm on their system"
