Ram Fails to Deliver Yet Again!!!!

<p>I rate the level of incompetence is actually quite shocking to be honest!!</p> <p>My FNB parcel was ment to be deliverd today,i then make special arrangements with a consultant from Ram Hand To Hand Couriers to deliver my parcel after 2pm as im a sales agent and not office bound the consultant then tells me okay not a problem. He'll query it and phone me back.. two hours later i get no reply, so i phone a different Ram Hand To Hand Couriers consultant and tell them the exact same thing they then tell me sorry but it hasn't been noted on their system and said she would do so asap, and she would send my details to the driver to amend accordingly. I then get a call from the office at 1:30 saying my parcel is here knowing that i will not be there, so i phone Ram Hand To Hand Couriers AGAIN!!! and they said they'll make arrangements for the driver to come back. 2 hours go by and still no one have contacted me i then phone Ram Hand To Hand Couriers AGAIN and explain to them that i need the parcel as ive made futher arrangements to send that parcel elsewhere and still get NO REPONSE only saying they will send my details to the driver. </p> <p> This is totally unacceptable as this is your job as a courier company to deliver parcels and you'll cannot do that.. </p> <p> </p> <p>I then go to track my parcel and it states that parcel delivery was unsuccessful and no contact details were given!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>This level of service is utter nonsense and the amount of bull **** thats been told to us is ridiculous. </p> <p> </p> <p>So now i get an sms from FNB to confirm not to cancel my order due to the fact of it not been delivered..</p>
