RAM fails to Deliver

I was supposed to get my package delivered today by RAM but when I check on their site to track the package, I noticed that it had a “RAMMobile Nodelivery” status. I called around 1 pm when I saw the status. The lady told me that they had a wrong contact number and would update to my correct contact detail and said the driver was still in the area and would come back to deliver the package. Latet on when I realised that it is almost 5 pm and the package was not delivered. I called the contact center again and another person tells me that once the driver fails to deliver a package they do not come back as they are on a schedule. I was no happy because I was told something else by the previous call center agent. I then requested to speak to the manager, and I was told the manager was not on the floor and they told me they will have the manager call me. It is almost 7 pm and no one has called me. Is this the kind of service you offer; lies, where you make promised with no intention of fulfilling them?
