RAM FAILS ON COMMUNICATION
Really bad service. I sent a parcel to a customer, and after they could not find the address, they returned to sender. No communication with my customer, nor with me. I resent via Courier Guy, who delivered within 3 days - no issues.
I send out more than 800 parcels per year - about 25% of it was via RAM, now RAM gets ZERO from me.
I communicated twice via email, and once on their website - ZERO response from them.

Please note that your miscommunication led to me having to pay Courier Guy to do a second delivery attempt, and that their delivery was both speedy and effective.
Whilst you did apologize, I still do not understand how your business managed to fail to deliver, and why it was possible for Courier Guy to deliver without the same problem.

16 Dec 2025, 16:34RAM lost about 50 orders from me since they caused me a loss of this single failure to deliver or communicate. I would have expected that they would compensate for my loss to retain my business, but apparently they decided not to. In the meantime their opposition are receiving my orders…
