Ram Express Delivery is Not Express
One week and my package is still not delivered and status has not changed. The call center agent hung up after asking me to hold while she checks ( I guess she was checking if my airtime would last for 5 min).
I paid for an "express delivery". Definitely not getting what I paid for.
