RAM East London poor service

Two deliveries were scheduled and for the 2nd time today, RAM did not deliver. No prior notification nor an apology or explanation was offered to me. I only received text messages that delivery would be made. I took twice off from work and twice, no delivery. I called them thrice but no help at all. Companies should not use this courier service.
