RAM DURBAN WAREHOUSE : PATHETIC SERVICE, MANAGEMENT NON-EXISTENT

Absolutely disgusting service.

I changed my delivery address with Vodacom on Tuesday 30/11, I was told it takes approximately 48 hours to go through to Ram so I should expect delivery by Thursday (02/12). I phoned yesterday and I was told delivery will not happen but will definitely happen today (03/12). So far my order has not been dispatched and I was told that I will not be receiving it today.

This is absolutely disgusting service, nobody checks up on any of the queries as my parcel is lying with the the Durban warehouse. Management is pathetic as well, no update is being issued or reason given as to why my parcel is not dispatched.

Don't bother ordering anything from Vodacom if this is their courier of choice.
