Ram drivers withholding parcels
Ram sent an sms in the morning notifying me that they are on the way to deliver my parcel then after 8 hours later I get a call from the driver and he tells me he will deliver my parcel at 6 and by that time I won't be available I called RAM and explained to them and they just didn't assist.
