RAM DRIVERS MUST FALL!!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

The nerve! Firstly the drivers get to my house and sit inside the van. I opened the gate and had to walk to their van because they're too important to get off their buts and come to serve the customer. The windows were closed so I raised my hand in greeting and they opened the window. No hello, hi, nothing so I also kept quiet, gave my license and waited for them to finish whatever they were doing...So wait for this...! Instead of looking at me at least or saying here's your damn parcel, the scrub who was occupying the passenger seat looks away and hands me the parcel while looking away. I then decided to show him that I give attitude a million times better and I grabbed my parcel, walked away and locked my gate. Guess what? Now they are stuck with my license and decide to call me and I just walked away and said: Wow, you can talk?! And carried on walking away. I honestly thought they couldn't talk. Now, RAM, is this the kind of people you hire, such a disgrace. People are struggling for jobs and we have people like Ivan and his fat friend treating customers like ****!!? Or what, do they own these vans, do they know what a customer is or they just know how to drive? Sies! These free vehicles, you must see them in the townships, driving like lunatics. They are even famous for *****ing, it's because they don't know what customer service is. I'm disgusted. Or maybe it's because they arrived during lunch time and were too full to acknowledge anyone? So they had to wait 30 minutes outside my house waiting for me to collect my license. They wasted the company's time - they are a liability to your business. They started hooting outside the gate and I ignored them and they decided to call my husband. If it wasn't for my husband asking me to go back to them, they would have waited the whole day, wasting even more company time and you pay these people!! Really!!
