RAM drivers dnt like their job

RAM drivers dnt like their job, These guys are simply terrible. the email clearly says i must expect delivery between 8am - 17 pm, the driver calls me onces and couldnt get hold of me because i was on the phone with a client. I try calling them back and their phone is busy for like 20 minutes. then i get call from their call center telling me they are rescheduling, when i look at he time it is 15h30, why are they rescheduling ? Im told I did not pick up. these people did not even come to the office.
