RAM DRIVERS ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND DON'T RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS WORSE THEY ARE IMPATIENT.....

Honestly RAM needs to ****en teach their drivers customer service, they lack it and it's totally bad for their business...

Their driver who ****en called me today around 12:45 to say he is on his way to deliver my parcel, i left my work fast so that I could be home when he arrives but I waited for him till 4pm then he calls to say he is on his way and I should give him access code, due to network issues I told him I will come to the gate. He told me that if I don't find him at the gate I should be patient and wait for him as he is passing a police station... Im heavly pregnant and besides I didn't mind fetching him at the gate since he insisted that he needs to enter my house to make sure that I stay there, weird as it is ever in my life I have never ever heard of a courier wanting to enter my house to if I'm staying there... So my question RAM are your drivers allowed to enter our homes to see if it's us who stay in that address, and as a woman who stay the **** alone how do I allow a stranger in my house what if he ****en takes advantage of me since I'm just a woman, you RAM don't ****en care about our safety as women in this society?

Fast forward I'm on my way to the gate to meet up with him, mind you me I'm walking slowly due to my condition as a pregnant woman, obviously I can't run for my safety. I see the RAM car approaches my gate and quickly he makes a U-turn and left with my parcel, he didn't bother to call me that he is at the gate nor he didn't even wait 2 sec of his arrival nor even ask the security at my gate anything. My security was also shocked when I told him that, that car came for me but didn't even call nor make amend.... I called the RAM DRIVER immediately and his phone was off, he switched it off😡😡😡😡

I called the RAM office and they tracked him only to see that the driver's car is already park at their hub and his phone still off... Honestly RAM DRIVES don't respect their jobs nor respect their customers...

If this is how you treat your customers nor allow your drivers to do as they please using your company's name and time, then you company sucks and you might as well close it....

I won't ever in my life use your courier service ever as long as you won't take action about your drivers poor service.... If they won't go extra mile to customers then you might as well fire them....
