ram drivers are pathetic *****

so i upgraded my contract via Vodacom , when i track my order it said RAM non-delivery . so i phoned ram to enquire and they told me that the driver came to my house to deliver the parcel which was untrue because i had my phone on me and no one called me . RAM has been sending me from pillar to post and they cancelled my order , how they did that i do not know , RAM is the worst courier ever and i dont understand why vodacom chooses to do business with them . how can a big company like RAM tell me that they do not have enough drivers to deliver my parcel , i am utterly disgusted because i have spent so much money on airtime in order to review this .
