RAM drivers are *****

Ram driver John called me on the 22nd May to deliver a parcel I had ordered. I was not at work that day to receive the parcel. I gave my home address as they requested, and promised to deliver the next day (23rd May Saturday) ...to this day I have not received my parcel.

After numerous times of trying to get a hold of the driver and the call centre, I eventually got through to someone. This is weeks later. Where I was told my parcel was sent back to where I ordered it. HOW?? After the driver told me he was delivering to my house the next day? Now I have to wait again for a re delivery, if there ever will be one. I am really NOT happy.
