RAM DRIVER NHLANHLA SITHOLE DELIVERING IN SOWETO AREAS RUDE!
Dear RAM. I would like to lay a formal complaint about the rudeness of your driver Nhlanhla Sithole.
My address is as per my title deed and as per my City of Johannesburg statement of account. Further I advise that I am an conveyancer by profession therefore i I will not be threatened and schooled by a rude driver about my address make me feel small. He shouted at me and said i always put the wrong address??!!
Why must i make RAM happy and use the wrong street name? Nhlanhla Sithole threatens me and said he is the only one delivering parcels in Soweto next time he will not deliver.
Since I frequently use Ram kindly advise the what is the way forward. I will not be shouted at and threatens by an *********** rude man. How can one company hire such an *********** person like that.
I urgently expect you to take actions against him. I am willing to provide the copy of my COJ statement of account stating my ADDRESS.
LASTY HE TOLD ME HE IS THE ONLY ONE DELIVERING IN SOWETO. Does that mean he will do as he pleases? Is that how your company conduct itself. Such a disappointment.

Thank you for the prompt response. Please revert back to me as soon as you have resolved it. I am expecting 3 more deliveries that are on the pipe line and I don't want to deal with such again. This is not the first time this Nhlanhla driver has done and said things to me.
I will appreciate your advises if same was addressed and resolved.
