RAM Driver Attempting to Stab Me With a Knife

After constant telephonic complaints, wasting my airtime and data with complaints on Social Media & via email on this matter, I am using Hello Peter as a Last Resort.

I've been harrassed, victimised, constantly sworn at and a recipient of vulgar and derogatory language. To make things worse this individual has now resorted to threatening my life by attempting on more than one occassion to stab me with a knife, after he realised that he couldn't use physical violence against Me.

I initially reported this matter to a RAM Call Centre Agent, Suzette on the 26th of January 2023, at approximately 13:38pm. She referred me to Kamogelo (Validation Officer) who is apparently his supervisor, who I reported the same matter to and she told me she would look into it. Sadly I am yet to hear from here till today.

I've also tried to report this matter to a Contact Centre Agent named Dikeledi Kgatla (dikeledi.kgatla"AT"ram"Dot"co"Dot"za) who has claimed that she escalated this matter to her management team but is yet to give me any feedback of this matter.

The RAM driver has repeatedly tried to stab me using a knife, after swinging constant punches. He did all of this the first time at my workplace, when he was supposed to deliver a package due to me from Rain South Africa, which I have footage for and today in a Public setting after trying to Bump me off the road and crash into my vehicle. Once I exited the Vehicle to attempt to get footage of the RAM Delivery Truck, he attempted to punch Me and tore my work shirt. Once he realised I was successfully defending myself, he again took out a knife to attempt to Stab me before he was scared away by the Public, then he ran into his delivery vehicle and sped off.

I've been trying to get ahold of Dikeledi Kgatla but she instead tells me that I should stop contacting her and I should report the matter to Hello Peter, if I feel aggrieved.

Can someone competent at RAM please sort this rowady and violent delivery driver out before he stabs another client.
