RAM driver arrogant and rude

I recently ordered from RAIN añd the parcel was suppose to be delivered by RAM. The 1st day they failed to deliver as I was out to the fuel station(which is a minute away) however I spoke to the call centre lady who called after the failed delivery and asked that the drive calls prior to delivery the following day so that I am at home when they come, this didnt happen as the call i got was a call center gentleman telling that the driver claims that he didnt find me when he got to my place, he then escalated the matter and was conference with the driver(tebogo mokhele) who was rude and arrogant in a manner that he even hung up on us, i was later called to meet up with the guy at the mall, upon arriving i waited about 5 mins for the driver and he eventually called and when we met he was still rude and ended up swearing at me saying VOETSEK, so i would like RAM to call this driver into order because the manner he conducted himself was unacceptable
