Ram don't have good service

Wish I could have a half star.... I phone's ram on ***. To ask for assistance on when my package will be delivered, the answer I got was a '' I don't know". And also that only one was displayed Vodacom send me a SMS on both phones(me and my wife's phone) with our track numbers k###### that it was consigned to ram. He could not assist me further. So thumbs up to ram for you non helpful service. And for being so slow on delivery. Riverdale couriers is the best in the western cape they do next day deliveries and they don't leave you clueless. Such a pity we can't choose our own couriers to pick up our parcels. I would gladly pay for that myself. But people if you want to upgrade please go to vodacom yourself do not ask for delivery you will not be satisfied. Ram can't keep up to standards like they use to do a few years ago.
