Ram don't take responsibility for goods lost/****** in transit.
<p>I recently purchased an Iphone 6s online from Snapcraze. I was given a tracking number, and the item was to be delivered to me by Ram Couriers. Unfortunately the courier vehicle carrying my parcel was apparently hijacked. Ram informed me that Snapcraze was a cash customer and therefore did not have insurance with them and that they would not be liable to replace my phone. Snapcraze informed me that as I had not taken the insured delivery option on my checkout, that they would also not be liable. Surely they should take responsibility for items until they have been delivered.</p>

Kindly note that your parcel was shipped COD and was involved in an armed hijacking. Unfortunately no insurance is available on COD shipments and RAM cannot be held liable for the loss.
As RAM’s valued customer a 50% refund of service costs has been made to you.
RAM regrets the inconvenience caused and we trust you understand that RAM cannot be liable for losses due to armed ******ies.
