RAM doesn't need or want new business

We're a reasonably small business who spends between R1500 and R2500 on courier per day. That's between R31 500 and R52 500 a month spent on courier. But RAM doesn't want or seemingly need that business, as it's impossible to get help from anyone there. I've spoken to Cassy van Niekerk and followed up multiple times and even called back to speak to Maria Mashaba who promised she would help, but didn't. As a managing director of a SME, I don't have the time to follow up daily or even weekly, so this has been left unactioned since the 21st of July. It shouldn't be difficult at all to sign up for an account with a courier company. But RAM clearly doesn't need new business. Thank you for wasting my time. Naturally, we will not be needing yo0ur services, as this is your level of customer service.
