RAM doesn't have a clue
RAM don't seem to have a clue on how to deliver a parcel or follow any instructions that are given to them when the recipient is not available for one day. I have been trying to receive my parcel since Monday and every day I get told something different, I actually don't have any faith this will every be delivered. I personally would never use RAM to get anything couriered by your company. i have been pushed from pillar to post and I am upset now.
