RAM does not live to their moto

I have phoned you a few days ago asking when my package will be delivered...you rep**** the next day. Now its being sent back to jhb ....***.....do you not have a phone to call me. why send it back ...i am waiting for it to get my vehicle back on the road....now my parts is back on the road and not fitted to my car.

i can not believe this . it was shipped from your hub but mis-routed twice.....can no person there just make a plan to deliver it. I even asked if i can collect it myself and was told no i can`t........this is unacceptable and really horrible service . Please have a manager phone me.
