RAM does not deliver

The service is atrocious. I have been expecting a parcel for more than 24 hours since I received a message that is is on it's way. I was told that it will be delivery will be before 18h00. This did not happen, then I received a call indicating that delivery was not successful and they would have delivered it by now, you guessed it. I'm still waiting. I have had to cancel plans to wait for a delivery that has not yet arrived after numerous calls and promises of delivery.
