RAM does not deliver and lies about it
Yet again, RAM couriers lies and ruins a birthday. A parcel ordered from Woolworths with order number o***. Has been marked "Out for delivery" since 23 June (this is obviously to fool their customer Woolworths into thinking they are delivering to agreed service levels) but there has been no delivery and no contact from RAM whatsoever. I complained to Woolworths and NOW for the first time, somebody contacted the recipient to say that delivery was attempted. This is a lie!!! Deliver this parcel today.

I am not able to pick up any parcels under the reference number provided. Please advise if you received an SMS or Email notification on the day that the parcel was dispatched for delivery, if so can you please double check for the order or tracking number.

No delivery attempt was made today. Provide me with a screenshot of the missed call to the consignee or it didn't happen. DELIVER AND STOP LYING.
