Ram does not deliver

Ram service is pretty bad, my order was supposed to be delivered on Friday 30 June, 48-72 hour service it is now 13 July and the parcel has not even been picked up. What a joke I have emailed them phoned them but nothing is being done and no communication from them, are they closing down?
