Ram does it again

This is the 3rd time that I have had to resort to leaving a negative hellopeter review because of RAM's bad and prejudice service. My shipment is already 2 weeks late. In the beginning of this week, I was told that I would receive it on Tuesday. It is now Thursday evening and I still have not received even a phone call. When my shipment was stopped by customs, I did not receive a single call or notification or even an update on the tracking page to let me know what was going on. It is only when I called after 3 days, that I found out about this. This is actually new to me from DHL. Whenever I call DHL, they tell me "the shipment is due for delivery today" and I wait the whole day for nothing. I called them 3 times today and all 3 agents told me to expect the order today. The tracking page now says "The shipment could not be delivered immediately" "The shipment will be allocated to a courier for delivery in the following delivery cycle" When is this DHL/RAM? Because tomorrow is Friday. Is my order going to be delayed into the 4th week? Why is my shipment's location tagged "JOHANNESBURG - SOUTH AFRICA"? What is happening? Why am I not being told what's really going on? I chose DHL for a reason: Fast shipping + good service. I'm have not received those services. And this always happens when the delivery address is Khayelitsha. I guess they just don't hold Khayelitsha customers in the same regard as the rest. This is the 3rd time that this has happened when I deliver to Khayelitsha. This happens EVERYTIME i deliver to Khayelitsha. Bad service and absolutely NO COMMUNICATION. This proves it. They have absolutely no respect for Khayelitsha customers
