RAM - do you even deliver?!

This does not even deserve a one star rating. My cell c package was due for delivery today (CELLC ********** 0). I have spoken to 4 different consultants to inform them that I’m only available at my residence at 3 PM on Friday 15/3. It was noted and confirmed.

Today at 12 pm they phoned and as I answered they put the phone down and again at 4pm.

I phoned back to query the call and the rude consultant once again informed me that they tried to phone me at 12 to drop the parcel but I was not available?! Of course I wasn’t available as I made arrangements for 3 pm. I was told I will not receive my parcel and that the driver has other routes. I had to change my address 3 times as well as the consultants never updated the correct address.

Thanks RAM. I no longer want my parcel because your service is appalling.
