RAM dissappoints me!
The address RAM quoted on my email and sms was incorrect. I tried calling but they were so busy and they actually advise callers to use the website and email system. This I did. I email the correct address along with the reference. I also on their website posted a query on their form stating the same detail change request. Guess what, their tracking system shows undelivered to address. Why because they never updated the address or even read my emails or my web query!
What is the use using a courier company that has no proper communication channel. I am so irate right now.
